During a session on PokaMind, with explicit permission, we may collect non-identifiable information such as spoken words, tone of voice, and facial expression. This information is only used to improve our products and services, and is not connected to your identifiable information.

We may use tracking technologies such as cookies to measure usage and provide information that we believe will be of most interest to you. This action will be subject to our Cookies Policy available on the app.pokamind.com website.

You must also provide payment Information such as credit or debit card information, name and billing address to purchase services or to get paid depending on your role on our website. Service provider does not store credit card information and uses an external service provider to help us process your transaction. This information is only associated with your account after you have signed in as a registered user.

We may also collect other data you voluntarily provide, such as name, surname, contact data, and Information you enter on the Site, when creating documents. Service providers through our website may provide additional information in order to make sure the quality of their services and professionalism.

PokaMind using your Personal Data, may be based in countries other than your country, including Sweden. Data protection and privacy laws in these countries may not offer the same level of protection as those in your own country.
